RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS: Unfortunately, returns and exchanges cannot be made on customized items. If there is a customization mistake, or if you have any concerns with your order, please email HELLO@KARISSAFORD.COM and I will do my best to resolve any issue to the best of my ability. 

SIZING: Please be sure to note that at this time, all available bandanas are standard 22x22 inch size, with an approximate 31 inch diagonal measurement. Please be sure this size will work for your dog before purchasing. 

CARE AND REPAIRS: Each hand-embroidered bandana is made with sturdy Kona cotton, thicker than a typical bandana to withstand wear and tear- that being said, embroidery can snag, so if there is an issue with some threads coming undone or not looking their best, please email me at HELLO@KARISSAFORD.COM and I would be more than happy to repair it for you! 

If spot cleaning is possible, that would be best- but if the bandana needs to be washed, wash gently by hand in cool water with gentle detergent, and lay as flat as possible to dry. Iron on the "cotton" setting on reverse side to smooth things back to normal.
